![]() ![]() All software since mid-1999 has had those changes from the start.Since you have a conventional activation file, all I can think of is that the activation files on your hard drive have somehow become corrupted (some virus-scans can do this, so can compressing the drive). Those serial numbers begin in 30.But RSI products had to have a modification made to accept that 'golden' activation, and a utility was sent out to all the owners of that activation that allowed their RSI software to run from that file. The intention is to use a MOXA DE-311 to provide a virtual serial port over our extended LAN. So whilst on the Rig I took this software back with me to install on my machine. We are currently looking at giving this Rig remote support from Aberdeen. ![]() Thanks Rototech,Tried yor suggestion earlier, still same error message when I try either on 98 or 2000.Just a little background, this software was purchased back in August 2000 for a Rig and was never installed.
